Terms & Conditions
All artwork sold on this website is printed to order and produced specifically for each client once an order is placed. Because each piece is custom made, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any artwork once an order has been confirmed and sent to production. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, size preference, color preference, or personal interpretation of the artwork. Each piece is made individually and cannot be resold or restocked.
2. Damaged or defective items
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label.
If the issue is confirmed as a production or shipping error, we will arrange a replacement of the same artwork and size at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued.
3. Color and display disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, and device display settings. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
